Our commitment
Know what you are buying, before you pay
Taking your photos is free and happens before payment — so if the capture is not usable, you have paid nothing. Once you buy, a real doctor reviews and confirms your report.
- Free to take your photos Before payment, at no cost. Unpaid captures are deleted shortly afterwards.
- 48 hours to a doctor's review If no doctor confirms your report in that time, you are refunded.
- 7 days to message your doctor Once your report is confirmed, you can message the same doctor.

What people usually ask
Does this replace seeing a doctor?
No. A Candle report is decision support. The final version is always reviewed and confirmed by a physician, and it does not replace a clinical examination.
Where are my face images stored?
Encrypted, on servers inside the country. Only you, the clinic you chose, and the physician confirming your report can access them.
Do I have to visit a clinic?
No. You can buy a service online and capture your photos from the app. If you are inside a clinic, the whole process runs from there instead.
How long can I message the doctor?
Once your report is confirmed, a messaging window opens with that same physician for a set period. The exact date is shown on your consultation.
